This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- items must be in original condition
- original tags and packaging should be included
- proof of purchase may be required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- worn or damaged products
- items without original tags
- customized or personalized products
- products returned in unsellable condition
4. Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions before shipping items back
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
Include:
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos if possible
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you need another size or item, we may recommend placing a new order after the original item is returned.
